Acid Reign got its start when a member's parents put up the money for the band to record a demo. The band had a sense of humour and its members went on to many other bands. The Brits specialized in thrash at the same time as the style was rising in the UK with bands like Toranaga and Xentrix. The band's first release was the Moshkin Stein EP - a parody of Anthrax presumably.
