History
Formed in 1986 in Wisconsin, the band epitomized the day's thrash
metal.
Having said that, a Metal Forces' reviewer back then saw the band as
more hardcore-influenced. The debut's first 10,000 copies were pressed
on blue vinyl. Shows with Realm, Nuclear Assault, etc. followed. The
band toured the USA and Mexico in 1989.
The band split up in 1993 having first replaced Saike with Rob Anthony.
The latter went on to Soul City with Baumann who went on to become a
Country solo artist.
The debut Acrophet LP appeared on CD through Triple X in 1995.
Griffy featured future Death and Viogression manager Eric Greif.
