Fuorisuo was formed in 1995 from the ashes of other bands in Bergamo, the band is inspired by the American hard rock of the 1980s. In 2002 the band recorded an EP called Hell Is Better Than All featuring Big Shot Tokyo and Goin’ Fast at Flying Studio. Toxic Records took it on. Shows with Adam Bomb, Hanoi Rocks and others followed. Drummer TNT left in 2006. Black Signs was issued in January of 2007.
FUORIUSO – BLACK SIGNS – SWEET POISONS
The girl on the album cover had me scared. Good news though, this isn’t a goth album. Did the review and delivered it to Metallian Towers. No problem, this is hard and heavy with a huge slant for ‘80s good time sleaze and biz. The lyrics are X-rated. Fun. Don’t say you weren’t warned. Check out the picture in the mirror on the album’s cover for the warning. The Intro is strange sounding like a silent film score from 100 years ago. Sexy Teens (The Ecstasy) sounds cool and sounds cool again. What a riff and attitude. This is a heavy one. The album, to jump a few tracks, ends also with Sexy Teens (The Dream). Danger in The City sure expresses the edge the band is looking for. The next one kinda sucks. It’s called F.T.W. which stands for Fuck The World. Hey guys, why the censorship? This is metal, isn’t it? Well then get some longer hair guys, only the drummer is alright.
Fuoriuso is a new name for lovers of Megadeth (Solid Guy, song ten), Poison, The Donnas. Cool. Get it. – Sheila Wes Det
