Hazzard was formed by former Accept guitarist Hermann Frank and also featured former Weapon singer/guitarist Malcolm McNulty. The rest of the band were former colleagues of Frank.
The band was signed to Belgium's Mausoleum Records and had a for-then large recording budget of $50,000. The band had material for a second album ready, but never managed to record again. For not only Mausoleum Records soon went out of business, but also the guitarist was offered a position in Victory.
