Basque’s Legen Beltza was formed in 1998 at which time it featured drummer Antonio. The group thrashed out a demo called Ziztu Bizian in 1999. Edorta soon replaced Antonio however and the band gigged locally. The band was the winner of a local talent contest and subsequently signed with the IZ Rock label. Before an album could be recorded guitarist Joseba Azkue departed the fold leaving a trio to record. The group would depart the folding label and via a promo demo would sign with America’s Crash Music for its next album. The third album was issued on a third label. Dimension Of Pain featured guest appearances by members of Rage, Imagika and Arch Enemy among others. Edorta left in the middle of 2006 for personal reasons.
