History & Biography
The early ‘80s band was based out of Youngstown, Ohio, USA. Skowron joined White Noise in 1983. Atlantic signed the band in 1990. A single and video was called Heart Of Stone. A number of White Noise songs were issued as Out Of The Ashes in 2014.
